Where it starts
Raw water
Source water is drawn into covered storage at the plant. At this point it still carries sediment, dissolved salts and microbes, which the next seven steps remove.

Sealed at the plant. Opened only by you.
Every bottle has a tamper-evident cap. The batch number, manufacturing date, M.R.P. and your Scan & Win code are printed on the neck. If the seal is broken or you see particles, please return the bottle and call us.
